Where Was The Regard For Anyone Else's Life, Let Alone His Own. Second, What Would He Have Had To Say If A Life Was Lost Due To His Irresponsiblity? Things That Never Crossed His Mind At The Time. But Then Again, Why Would It When He Can Just Buy His Way Out Of A Situation?
